- Use Naturade TotalSoy Chocolate instead of the Bob's Red Mill (it costs about half as much on Amazon!)
- Use soy nut butter instead of almond butter (it tastes better!)
- Use blue agave instead of maple syrup. It's a more neutral flavor, and I still have part of the bottle that Wholesome Sweeteners sent in the prize pack. I don't measure--just add it a little at a time until the dough looks cohesive.
- Use water instead of almond milk, because I don't have any in the house.
- Use white chocolate chips, to keep the chocolate flavor from being too intense.
- Mix everything in the food processor. Quicker, tidier, and more homogeneous.
- Make 14 balls instead of 13.
